• Roll Call:  Scott Kipp-Aye, Christy Ryken-Aye, Teresa Gergen-Aye, Jodi Durnil-Aye, Jillian Anderson-Student Representative-Aye.  Absent:  Tracy Meyer

• Also present:  BJ Meaney, Superintendent/HS Principal, Barb Reid, Recorder

Agenda Approval

• Motioned by Ryken seconded by Gergen to approve the Consent Agenda consisting of Minutes, Bills and Financials, Appointments of Brett Robbins-Athletic Director (.5 FTE), Anne Graham-Dean of Students (.5 FTE), Heather Bruess-Elementary Secretary and Resignations of Micah Monroe-Assistant Principal/Athletic Director, Zoey Smith-Paraprofessional, Mike Ryken-Junior High Football Coach; all ayes.

Discussion Items

• Computer purchase for Grade 2-5 Classrooms to be paid by REAP funds.

Action Items

• Motioned by Gergen, seconded by Durnil to approve Ogden Turf and Grading estimate for softball field grading in the amount of $8,495; all ayes.

• Motioned by Durnil, seconded by Gergen to approve Iowa Sports Supply quote for a windscreen for the baseball field in the amount of $10,000.  This will be paid by Baseball Team funds; all ayes.

• Motioned by Ryken, seconded by Gergen to approve the renewal of Software Unlimited Accounting Software in the amount of $10,800; all ayes.

• Motioned by Durnil, seconded by Ryken to pay CollegeBoard for student AP exams in the amount of $6,020; all ayes.

• Motioned by Ryken, seconded by Gergen to approve AEA Sharing and Service Agreements for 26-27 using AEA flow-through dollars; all ayes.

• Motioned by Durnil, seconded by Ryken to authorize Kelly Zahrt, Business Manager, to pay end of year fiscal year bills; all ayes.

• Motioned by Gergen, seconded by Durnil to approve Communication Innovators bid for computer access point support in the amount of $7,700; all ayes.

Policy Reviews

• Motioned by Durnil, seconded by Ryken to approve the first reading of 400 series; all ayes.

Upcoming Events and Community Updates

• Student Board Representative Jillian Anderson gave the Board her input on end-of-year activities, including AP Courses/Exams and opt-out testing for high school and junior high students.

• Superintendent Meaney shared with the Board that summer school with be starting soon, June will consist of finishing up the 2025-26 year, the Administrative Retreat will be the first part of July.

• Next regular Board Meeting will be July 13th at 5:30 p.m.
