Special Board Meeting

Board President Tracy Meyer called the Special Meeting to order at 7:30 am.  Present were Directors Kipp and Durnil.  Absent: Christy Ryken and Teresa Gergen.  Also Present: BJ Meaney, Superintendent/HS Principal, Kelly Zahrt, Board Secretary/Treasurer.

Motioned by Durnil, seconded by Kipp to approve the Agenda; all ayes.

Motioned by Kipp seconded by Durnil to approve the Resolution to Participate in the Storm Protection Fund, an Iowa Code Chapter 28E Entity and Chapter 670 Risk Pool.  Roll Call: Tracy Meyer- Aye., Scott Kipp – Aye. Jodi Durnil – Aye. Motion passed.

Motioned by Durnil, seconded by Kipp to adjourn at 7:40 am.; all ayes.
